Legacy Layers is a family-owned cigar-themed apparel brand out of Cincinnati, Ohio. We design and print original cigar t-shirts — 670+ designs and counting, which as far as we can tell is the largest collection of original cigar apparel from any single brand on the internet.

Why cigars
Most cigar merch is either a brand logo slapped on a blank or a novelty tee with a punchline that stops being funny the second time you wear it. There wasn’t much for someone who actually enjoys the hobby and wants to wear something with some craft in it.
So that’s what we make. Vintage-style cigar animals. State cigar society badges. Cigar-and-whiskey pairings. Dad shirts, dog shirts, the ones that make your herf group ask where you got it. If it’s a corner of cigar culture worth wearing, we’ve probably designed it — and if we haven’t yet, that’s where you come in.

How the shirts are made
Every order is printed in the USA, direct-to-garment, on 100% ring-spun cotton Gildan Softstyle blanks. DTG means the ink sits in the fabric instead of on top of it, so the print stays soft and doesn’t crack the way a cheap screen print does.
Sizes run S–3XL across the catalog, with 4XL, 5XL and 6XL available on select designs — because a lot of cigar guys get ignored above 2XL and that always seemed like a strange business decision to us.
